During the Christmas season, where is your joy found? For Christians, the joy of Christmas is wrapped around the birth of Jesus Christ. It is because of this unspeakable joy, that we should demonstrate our love for Jesus not just during Christmas, but 365 days a year.
Christmas Program – December 13
Join the Cornerstone Family on December 13 for our annual Christmas Program. The celebration will begin at 6 PM. We are asking members to bring a donation for the homeless shelter: paper towels, toilet tissue, dish and laundry soap, toothpaste, non perishable food items, etc.
We hope to see you at the Corner to help us celebrate the greatest gift of all, Jesus Christ!
Be Not Afraid – December 6, 2015
Is God speaking to you today? Is He asking you to do something today? God speaks to us through his word, and just like Mary we do not have to be afraid. Instead, all we have to do is be willing to be His servant.
Advent – November 29, 2015
During this time of the year we often hear the word advent. It means the arrival of a notable person, thing or event. For Christians, this time of the year should focus on the arrival of Jesus Christ.
Christmas Ornament Exchange – December 5
Join the women of Cornerstone for fun, food and fellowship during the Annual Christmas Ornament Exchange. This years exchange will be from 2:00 – 4:00 pm at the church. Please bring a gift wrapped ornament. There is a $5.00 max for the gift. For more information, contact Sis. Sheila McGee.
